Bron has performed live solo piano every holiday season for the past 5 years at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. She considers herself a musical catalyst and a mentor to young people with musical aspirations. She is currently working on two short films/music videos, as well as an upcoming show featuring local youth called "Fauntleroy Fledglings." Recently Bron treated audiences at a local production of "Sweet Sweet Music" (quarterly concerts for the community at Fauntleroy Church's Fellowship Hall) to the story of her music career -- featuring videos, a slide show and live performances from her friends and students. The story began in her native Australia where she won first in state for piano and a long list of piano competitions. At age 9 one of her compositions was performed on national Australian radio. Today Bron's musical talents are flourishing in West Seattle where she has been instrumental in a host of musical productions and original compositions that have been performed all over the Puget Sound region. Her choral music will be featured in the upcoming Local Composers Festival on Vashon in April. Bron is a member of ASCAP, the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA), and the Seattle Composers Alliance. Bron lives in West Seattle with her two adorable basset hounds, Charlee and Beau. |
